Sales:

Sales expertise is a very important part of our company. This is important due to the nature of being a machine tool distributor.

At Gage Machine Tool we do not offer a large number of product lines in a wide array of metalworking areas. This is due to the simple fact you can not be an expert in all areas.

With fewer product lines and focusing in specific machining environments we are able to bring an expertise and focus to the products we offer our customers.

Working with an organization that contains the product expertise, Gage Machine Tool has improved the products we represent, the customer can gain all of the advantages of the equipment available.

At Gage Machine Tool we pride ourselves in our knowledge of the products we represent.

Service:

Another important facet of Gage Machine Tool includes our excellent service department.

To date we have three service engineers. We feel we have the best service organization in our market area. This is due to the experience, skill and knowledge level of our engineers.

The number of customers and machines we are responsible for enables us to have great response time. Our engineers know and understand the pressures our customers face when problems arise. Our engineers had their own machining businesses and are very understanding of our customers needs.

At Gage Machine Tool we feel this is the key to customer support and servicing our clients.

Application and Training:

Gage Machine Tool provides many of our clients with application engineering and training on the products we sell. We offer lifetime training on our Hurco Product and offer free Hurco classes at different times during the year.

With our vast experience we have several different members of our team with different skill sets which enables us to be a terrific partner when it comes to application and training.

Many of the Builders we represent pride themselves in their customer support and training programs. Between Gage Machine Tool and the builders we represent we can provide the knowledge of how to utilize the equipment we sell and how to make you and your staff highly effective and profitable with the equipment we provide.

Area of Coverage:

Gage Machine Tool represents our builder partners on an exclusive bases. We cover the States of Kansas, Nebraska and the Western half of Missouri. Our Showrooms are located in our major market areas of Kansas City and Wichita.

We have service Engineers who live in Kansas City, Topeka and Wichita to better provide service coverage for our customers.
